A product with warranty which make us feel more safe while purchasing an item. At AET Electrical Company, most of our products come with suppliers warranty. *For whatever faulty and or malfunctioning of your product purchased, you are entitled for either 3months, 6months, 1year, 3years or 5years of supplier warranty.

HOW to claim your warranty in case of this unlucky issue happens to you. Here is the simple 3C steps. CHECK, CONTACT & COLLECT.

CHECK on warranty period

  • Ensure your warranty card on the particular product is stamped with our company stamp and date of purchase.

  • Check if the warranty period is still valid. (3months, 6months, 1year or whatever period stated in the warranty card and or supplier requirements)

CONTACT us on the issue

  • Contact us before any action taken.

  • DO NOT carry out any maintenance or repair on the product by your own. If so your warranty will be forfeited.

  • Follow instructions given, either direct send for authorised repair shop or send back to us and we will handle it for you.

  • Product downtime will depends on authorised repair shop and or supplier replacement schedule.

COLLECT your repaired product

  • *Upon repair completion, you may collect your repaired product from the shop at zero cost under warranty protection agreement.

  • Additional charges will be charged accordingly if other services are requested.
